At Villa Stefanija Brestova, the living room, terrace and pool flow into one open setting. Slide back the glass doors and the distinction between indoors and out almost disappears — with the sea still in sight.
The interiors are light and understated. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom, with a fourth bathroom beside the living area. Shared spaces leave plenty of room for slow breakfasts and evenings on the terrace, while a large garage with an EV charger makes arriving just as effortless.

Days here begin easily by the pool. When the sun climbs higher, move into the shade of the covered terrace; as evening approaches, settle into the hot tub. Everything is close, and the sea remains part of the view.
